The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the very first moment, which is something especially meaningful when traveling alone as a woman. The staff deserve the highest praise – their heartfelt kindness combined with genuine professionalism created the sense that they truly enjoy working here, and this spirit could be felt in every interaction. The entire hotel radiates care and attention: everything was immaculately clean, with tasteful and well-considered interior design that makes you feel both inspired and at home. What touched me most was that I never felt like “just another guest” – there was always a sense of being personally cared for, with warmth and sincerity. This experience gave me not only relaxation but also a rare feeling of belonging, and I would wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone seeking both comfort and authenticity. The breakfast was outstanding, and the private dining experience made the stay truly unforgettable.

The Leela is known for exceptional service and the Leela Hyderabad did not disappoint. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind and went beyond expectations. I would like to offer a special mention to Hlui (my wonderful floor housekeeper), Newton (the most polite in-room dining staff member), Vamshi (chef's table) and Soumya from the reception. The facilities at the Leela are also excellent with gorgeous rooms as one would expect but perhaps not as comprehensive as you might be used to if you are a regular Leela guest.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff were very welcoming and lovely. The buffet breakfast was amazing with a selection of Indian, western, freshly cooked meals, eggs, pancakes etc, and exceptional selection of fresh juices. The Spa Nila was also lovely, beautiful staff, amazing massage, and hair salon. The pool area was relaxing with a very large gym. We really enjoyed our stay here, if you want to treat yourself with a luxury hotel experience, I highly recommend

real 5⭐️ stay, best compared to other hotels in Hyderabad. Comfortable rooms, pool and gym open long hours, good breakfasts, and Tiga restaurant on top. I had to extend my stay for a few days and the hotel was very helpful. Service level is outstanding, special thanks to Anil and Prithvi who took care of my room

We loved every minute of our stay. I was hesitating to book. However, We are glad that we stayed there. Everyone was great, Sameer, Manish, Prasad and Ms. Banerjee. We were very impressed with all of them. Saugata took care of us every day, and made my birthday very special. Than you all! we will visit again.

The staff were very pleasant ,went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The watchman,reception, and staff at the restaurant made sure that I had a good stay at the hotel.The food was very tasty and good. I enjoyed the Hi Tea in the evenings at the restaurant on the 8th floor. The staff Manisha,Pradew,David and Saransh were so helpful,polite,pleasant at the restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Thank you

The rooms had everything you needed , toothbrush & paste , shampoo conditioning, body lotions , vanity pack, shower cap, razor, good hairdryer, iron& ironing board , stocked free mini bar ( soft drinks, wine & beer).Tea & coffee and biscuits

The cleanness was exceeding expectations The awareness of the chef’s about gluten allergies that I have and they provided me with proper gluten free meals
